At Walston Architectural Products, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our panels because we’ve built, installed, and tested them ourselves. We work with trusted suppliers and follow strict quality control practices to ensure that every product that leaves our facility meets our high standards.
We offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. If a defect is found to be the result of a manufacturing issue during this period, Walston will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or components. Please note that due to the natural variation in materials and finishes, exact color, sheen, or texture matches cannot be guaranteed for replacement parts.
Products that have not been installed, stored, or maintained according to Walston’s guidelines
Any damage resulting from modification, misuse, impact, improper humidity (exceeding 50% or below 30% for indoor panels), or exposure to conditions beyond normal use
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time
Improper handling or installation by third parties
Any labor, removal, installation, shipping, or other incidental or consequential costs
All installation guides and product handling instructions include important disclaimers and limitations that are considered part of this warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to read and follow all provided documentation.
To initiate a claim, the original purchaser must submit a request in writing, including:
Proof of purchase
Photos (and, in some cases, videos) clearly documenting the issue
Walston Architectural Products reserves the right to inspect the product or request return shipping for evaluation.
