Commercial Catalog Warranty

Walston Architectural Products (“Walston”) warrants to the original purchaser that all custom wall panels purchased from our commercial catalog and related products manufactured by Walston are free from defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use and environmental conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

If a defect arises during the warranty period, and you notify Walston in writing with reasonable documentation, Walston will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component part.

Third-Party Components:

Any components or materials not manufactured by Walston (such as adhesives, finishes, or mounting hardware) are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

What’s Not Covered:

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused in transit by freight carriers
  
  

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Improper installation, including installation by unqualified parties
  
  

• Use of third-party adhesives, finishes, or alterations applied to the product
  
  

• Products subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, or non-standard environmental conditions (e.g., excessive moisture or direct UV exposure)
  
  

Governing Law:

This warranty and any disputes related to Walston products shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of this warranty shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clay County, Missouri.
