Product Basics

Yes! All of our wall panels are manufactured in our shop. If you require a custom size outside of our website standards listed please contact us and we're happy to accommodate.

Our machine grade medium-density fiberboard is an engineered wood made from thin panels of wood fiber, resin and wax. MDF is considered to be an upgrade from plywood and particle board and is used as a real wood alternative. Fire rated MDF is available upon request.

3D laminate wall panels are decorative surfaces made from engineered core materials (typically MDF) wrapped with thermoformed vinyl film. They offer highly realistic textures such as wood grain, stone, and linen.

They are highly durable for interior use—resistant to scratches, moisture, and everyday impact. Suitable for both residential and commercial spaces, including high-traffic areas like offices, hospitality settings, and healthcare environments.

Wall Panel Care & Maintenance

Please see our page here: "How to Measure for Wall Paneling" for information on how to estimate the amount of wall paneling you would require for your project.

Our wall panels are water-resistant, not waterproof. They can handle splashes and humidity but shouldn't be installed in areas with constant or direct water exposure (e.g., inside a shower).

No, however; we welcome all of our clients to make an in person or virtual appointment to visit our showroom for a design consultation. Please click here to schedule an appointment. We have example of wall paneling on display as well as finish samples to view.

With proper care and maintenance, panels can last 10–15 years or longer—even in commercial settings.

Some finishes come with antimicrobial properties, ideal for healthcare, food-service, or hospitality applications.

While not inherently acoustic, some profiles can be paired with acoustic backers for added sound absorption.

Installation & Application

Yes! Panels are versatile and can be used on ceilings, furniture, wainscoting, and feature walls.

Our panels are primarily designed for flat installations. However, we can kerf the back of fluted panels to allow flexibility, enabling a bend radius as small as 6". Reeds are planed down to a thickness of ⅜" to support this application.

Many of our panels—especially peel-and-stick styles—are DIY-friendly. For large or complex installs, we recommend professional installation.

We do not provide installation or hardware.

Yes. Panels can be cut on-site using a saw or utility knife, depending on thickness. Custom sizing is also available for orders over 32 sq ft.

No. Miter cuts must be made on-site. For organic patterns, we recommend using a flat bar at corners to ensure alignment and clean transitions.

Yes, provided the existing surface is clean, flat, dry, and properly prepped.

Surfaces should be smooth, dry, clean, and free of dust or oils. Proper prep ensures best adhesion and long-term performance.

Yes—with care. Panels are ideal for backsplashes, accent walls, or wainscoting in these spaces. Just avoid direct water exposure.

They’re suitable for dry zones in these environments. Use caution in areas with constant moisture or direct water contact.

Yes, however; panels should not be exposed to open flames or extreme heat. Maintain required clearances and install a barrier between the firebox and panels. Always follow local fire safety codes.
